Owner & President

Matthew

Matt founded MW Contracting Pros after 15 years in painting, remodeling, and skilled home repair across the greater Rochester area. Today, he quotes every project, coaches our crew on best practices, and manages the backend coordination that keeps every job running on time and on budget. His leadership sets the standard for quality and integrity across every MW project.

Outside of work, Matt spends his time gardening, chasing his daughter around the yard, spoiling his two dogs, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Owner & Vice President

Megan

Megan brings over a decade of experience in housing management, property maintenance, and client services to MW Contracting Pros. She runs our back-office operations, scheduling, and customer communication, which is the reason every MW project stays organized, on-time, and stress-free from first call to final walk-through.

When she's not keeping the business running, Megan is in the garden, studying native foraging, cooking from scratch, and enjoying time with her growing family.

Jacob K. “Knox”

Knox is a versatile craftsman with hands-on experience across multiple trades. Known for his easygoing nature, sharp attention to detail, and strong work ethic, he's emerging as one of our key points of contact on-site and delivers quality workmanship and creative solutions on every MW project.

Outside of work, Knox channels his passion for precision into fast cars and performance driving.

Foreman & Skilled Tradesman

Kevin

Kevin has 18+ years of hands-on experience specializing in finish carpentry, custom tile installation, and a wide range of skilled trades. As our site foreman, his calm problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail set the standard every MW crew member is trained to.

Off the clock, Kevin is usually camping, fishing, or enjoying time with his wife and daughters.

Skilled Laborer

Dan

A valued member of the MW team for more than five years, Dan specializes in interior painting, drywall repair and finishing, and precision trim work. His craftsmanship and eye for detail show up in every clean line and seamless finish we deliver.

Outside of work, Dan is a hiker, camper, and avid reader, and a lifelong car and motorcycle enthusiast.

Skilled Laborer & Demolition Lead

JJ

Jacob, known on site as 'JJ', is our demolition lead, bringing precision, efficiency, and a careful respect for the surrounding home to every tear-out. He's highly skilled across every phase of remodeling and takes pride in turning stripped-down spaces into beautifully rebuilt rooms.

Outside of work, JJ is an avid car and truck enthusiast who loves racing, the Buffalo Bills, and classic drive-in movies.

Sasha

The newest member of the MW crew, Sasha transitioned from a successful career as a professional dancer into the contracting trades. He brings the discipline, focus, and work ethic of a performer to every job site and it already shows in the quality of his work.

Away from the job, Sasha is focused on continued growth in the trades and spending time with his growing family.
